About Step Dev
Why Step Dev?
Step Dev was founded in 2016 by Steph Housden.
"After becoming involved as a STEM Ambassador and Code Club volunteer I was inspired to make my day job revolve around encouraging creativity through coding."
"As well as helping develop skills for those still at school I would like to encourage parents and carers to have a go with the tools their children are using."
About Steph Housden
I have worked as a coder for 16 years. I have a broad range of experience from working at start-ups in Brick Lane, to becoming a Web Developer at Google Maps and most recently working in educational Science software for the Open University.
I studied Design for Interactive Media with multimedia Computing at University, and fell in love with coding.
I am registered as a STEM Ambassador (DBS checked) and regularly volunteer at a Code Club.
